Men ought to always love and adore their wives at all times, irrespective of how you feel about it; this is the ultimate commandment from God. Some tend to cause problems in their homes because of their attitude towards their wife, they feel indifferent about their feelings, they disrespect them by the way they treat them. Some men even goes as far beating their wives, this is crude and uncivilized
. By beating your wife you are beating a part of yourself, you are bringing disharmony into your home and ultimately you are disrespecting God. Treat your wife as part of you and you will see the best of you.  

A man should always make allowances for his wife deficiencies and mistakes. Women, just like men are human and sometimes are pruned to mistakes .They be late , fail to make dinner ready on time , some times they may leave the so untidy as it ought to be or they may not handle the children properly . Well men ought to know that they are not married to angels but a human. A man who expects his wife to be perfect in all things is not being realistic.

Many men tend to be extremely critical and harsh when their wives make a mistake. She can do so many things right, but the moment she fails or makes mistake in just one task the man comes down on her harshly and bitterly. Men should learn to treat their wife like a person and not as an object. One of the reasons why men find it difficult to allow for their wives’ mistakes and failures is due to lack of humility. A man who knows true humility will know that he can not be perfect in all things, having this knowledge will help him with his judgment when dealing with your wife’s failure and mistakes.

Some men have misplaced perspective when dealing with their wives mistakes and failures. Some men continually looks at the negative side of their wives without putting into consideration the positive side, and this will give you a misplaced and biased judgment. What we think greatly affects the way we feel and judge things. The way to deal with this attitude is to list out all the positive things you know your wife for and concentrate on them, you will be surprised that the positive side will overweigh the negative by a ratio of one hundred to one and this will override your negative perceptions about your wife. Only concentrate in what she is doing right and everything will just be fine for a blissful marriage.

When a wife make continual mistakes which create problems and embarrassments for her and others, then it becomes the husband’s responsibility to teach her how to overcome them, if this instruction is given with kindness and freedom from sarcasm, a woman will usually respond favourably.

Another way to lead your wife is to encourage her to always express her opinion in very matter. Most men arbitrarily take decisions without seeking the view of their spouse. They fail to understand that two heads are better than one that the opinion of your wife could add to the success of any project you are undertaking.
