THE EVIL OF MARRIAGE BREAK UP

The sacredness of marriage institution has been greatly abused by couples who were married at one point in time but decided to end the blissful union, for some reasons that is inappropriate. Marriage breakup has its disadvantages to the couple involved,

but the burden of the marriage breakup has more negative effect on the children than their parents. The question now is, why would a marriage suddenly come to an end?

There are disadvantages in marriage break up, and these are some of it.

1. SPIRITUAL EFFECT

When there is a break in a marriage, God’s law has been broken, and when God’s law is broken, the relationship between God and the couples involved in the break up will be widen. The prayers of the divorced couples may not be answered by God, because the parts which were joined together by God has been torn apart and its strength has been lost.

2. CHILDREN

The disadvantage of marriage breakup is more on the children, because the children will lose the joy of staying with both parents. When parents bring up their children jointly it tells so much on their attitude in life, it makes the children to be proud of their parents. When you hear some children boast of their parents then you will know that there is great advantage of staying together. Some children brought up by a single parent don’t turn out to be good children most of the time.

3. STARTING ALL OVER AGAIN

When there is a breakup in a marriage, both couples will definitely start their life all over again. Starting life all over again means there is a failure somewhere, which could have been avoided. When there is a break up in a marriage, a vacuum has been created which need to be filled and this vacuum may be hard to fill because a very vital part of the body has been separated from the whole.

Marriage break up should be avoided by married couples, if the reason for wanting to break up is not good enough. Some couple threatens to end their union with a very flimsy excuse. These couples should always consider the great disadvantage associated with marriage break up.
